ExercisesAt The Garage, we do things a little differently. We offer customized fitness routines for each of our clients. Although our classes are taught in a small group setting, we provide modifications to exercises for each student, so that every move is within your capacity. Our routines and techniques are designed to slow the effects of aging and improve overall well-being.
So, what does that mean? In our classes, you’ll perform a combination of exercises that have been selected for you. We’re able to do this, because we get to know each of our clients and their fitness levels in a one-on-one meeting. Before joining your class, we’ll walk you through our personal assessment, so we can begin designing workouts for you.
